Along with this an A P Linossier consultant acts in a coaching role meeting with key project staff training them in the skills needed to deliver a quality project on time and to budget.

How does this save money?

Well simply put instead of a consultant working fulltime for three to six or twelve months with you, our consultant only charges for the coaching time and the use of our templates and check lists. This represents normally a saving of over 50% on consultant fees and what's more your staff gain valuable experience and knowledge in managing HR projects while ensuring the success of the project through the impartation of our years of experience and knowledge.
